Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all parts of the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Mainland Europe.

What is your minimum order?

The minimum order is 20GBP or Euros.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes we do. This applies to UK customers who spend £60 or above on their orders.

Can I choose my own delivery date?

During your checkout journey, you will have the option to choose your delivery date. We strive to deliver your order on your preferred date, however, please note the following as they may influence the delivery schedule:
UK Premium Delivery :

  • Deliveries take between 1–2 business days.

UK Standard Delivery :

  • Deliveries in this category can take up to 4 business days.

Europe Standard Delivery :

  • Can take 3 to 5 business days to reach you.

Weekend deliveries :

  • We do not generally deliver over weekends. However, we can make exceptions for Saturdays, but this will result in an added cost.

What are your delivery charges?

Our postage costs are the cheapest of any specialist food store online; if you find a cheaper price, we will match it. Delivery charges are based on weight and order spend and will be calculated automatically during your checkout process.

United Kingdom – We offer free delivery for UK customers who spend £60 or above. For orders that are less than £60, delivery charge starts at £6.99 as transporting food can be expensive.

Mainland Europe – Deliveries to Europe starts from 12 Euros. Please use the checkout shipping modeller for more specific delivery cost pertaining to your area.

Track your order with APC overnight

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking ID and/or URL. Having your tracking ID makes it possible for you to ask your driver to drop it off at a neighbour or a designated area should you not be available to receive it.

What happens if I am not home?

If you are not home to receive your order it will be sent to a local centre or back to the depot. All of our frozen food boxes are packaged using special food-grade insulation and cooling agents to keep your meat and fish nice and fresh as long as you get it into your fridge/freezer on the evening of your delivery.

Can I give a delivery instruction?

You can leave delivery instructions when you order (or via the APC tracking link) but keep instructions short and simple for the driver. “Leave by front door” or “Leave left by side gate” are great, phone numbers are not effective as we can’t guarantee they will call if requested. If you live in a flat or somewhere with an entry system, the driver will need to know that, so put that on your delivery instructions.

What do I do if my order arrived with an issue?

Our aim is to sell quality ingredients that reach your door in great condition. This is why we pay a premium to use the best postal service in the country. However, if you find your goods have been damaged in transit or their quality has been compromised in any way, your statutory rights apply and EthnicMixx will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.
