Return and Refund Policy

Return of undamaged goods

If you wish to return damaged or off items, please email customer@ethnicmixx.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. Your email should explain which item is being returns and the reason for the return including images. On receipt of the email, EthnicMixx will provide you with a shipping address for return of the goods. Please note that in order to receive a refund goods must be in undamaged condition and customers are liable for the associated postage cost of return. Your refund will be processed within five (5) working days of receipt of the goods.

Refund for damaged goods

Our aim is to sell quality ingredients that reach your door in great condition. This is why we pay a premium to use the best postal service in the country. However, if you find your goods have been damaged in transit or their quality has been compromised in any way, EthnicMixx will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.

To start the refund process, please email customer@ethnicmixx.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged goods. Your email should explain the issue and include a picture showing the damage. We will review your email and process the refund within five (5) working days of receipt.
